Shadow Integration

The subconscious mind holds our thoughts, feelings, and memories making up 99.94% of our brains function with the remaining .06% being the conscious mind.

The Shadow lives in the subconscious mind and is made of the denied and rejected pieces of self we locked away to remain likable in the eyes of others. It’s where we tuck impulses, repressed feelings, desires, fears and perversions out of sight.

The Shadow isn’t inherently “bad” however, we could have repressed our curiosity, loving nature, or silly side in effort to be worthy of receiving acceptance and love from those around us.

As we discover shadow pieces we unravel the web obscuring the light of who we truly are.

Working together, we’ll explore the Shadow and create a compassionate connection to your authentic self, truth, and voice.

Shadow Integration allows us the opportunity to learn and adjust our intricate patterns, perspectives, and belief systems to create self-trust and safety within our selves.

Shadow Integration isn’t all dark, it’s about unlocking our Light.
