I am…

An Artist, Writer, Creative, Intuitive, and Transformation Guide. My magick is guiding others through unresolved emotional wounds to create a feeling of safety within their emotions and body.

 Shedding a conscious light on lingering pains of the past allows us the opportunity to reclaim our identity and connect to our inner self of power and freedom.

While it may feel daunting and unclear right now, you are not alone, I am here to do the work WITH you. Together we explore what your unique body, mind, and emotions say they need to feel stable.

We begin by focusing our attention on regulating the fight or flight response in the nervous system to show the body we are no longer under threat and that it is safe to explore our emotional landscapes. Then, with a foundation of safety in the body, we journey into the mind and emotional body to clear inner conflict, shadows, limiting beliefs, and unhelpful behavioral patterns.

I know you are a strong, loving, and caring person who puts those you care about before you. It’s time to focus that nurturing energy on yourself, now.

Releasing old emotional pains is the time-travel magic we all deeply wish for transforming into an epic story of healing, rebirth, and reclaiming.

Choose Yourself

From a young age I faced quite a bit of adversity.

I lived in 8 different towns with 20+ moves in 2 decades, had a first hand experience with childhood abuse, was uprooted by 3 divorces, withstood the tumultuous relationship with my father and navigated the trauma of my mothers suicide.

It honestly felt like the universe could only serve me rubble and ruin, making me run for my life in order to survive. As the years passed I leaned into self-reflection and relied on my perseverance to keep me alive.

Eventually, and with great effort put in, I came to see my pain as something I could create a relationship with. I found each turn of life’s cycle as an opportunity in disguise. The experiences started to connect like a puzzle and I was able to recognize what was being built for me; within me.

In the clutches of pain my strength was forged, my character buffed to a gleam, my heart shattered opened, and my sense of self ignited.

The path of my life, with its traumas, trials, and tribulations, allowed me to step into my purpose. I like to consider myself a Midwife of Death & Rebirth, guiding others through a rebirthing process of shedding dead layers of untruths, pain and wounding, and awakening to their truth and purpose.

Life gifted me an Awakening.

The old adage states a Phoenix is reborn from its own ashes, burning up everything it once was, to emerge anew.

You are just as powerful. You can burn away old habits, negative thought patterns, and have a fresh start to how you live in your inner world.

You have the opportunity to become the master creatress of your ideal self and life, a single decision stands before you.
